It is not often that I paint in such a formal, regimented manner as seen in this work. Art often reflects mood, and on this occasion I felt unusually organised and orderly, which produced this structured composition. It is interesting, however, that salmon pink dominates the piece, suggesting a softer, more playful emotional layer when it came to colour. So Linear, 2025 is an unusual yet successful painting, with strong verticals and horizontals that may bring a sense of calm to some viewers. The cost of framing is included in this price, allowing the purchaser to choose a finish that complements existing home decor.
